CANCELLATIONS

Can I cancel my order?

Yes you can. However, as we process orders automatically and from multiple locations this can only be accommodated within 24 hours of placing the original order and before it has been processed

How do I cancel my order?

You can log into your account and make the desired changes there or contact us on sales@thehoodyshop.com and someone will get back to you within 48 hours.

RETURNS

Our Return policy:


Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging unless defective.

Returns must be made within 7 days of the order delivery date and you will be refunded to the original form of payment.

Returns made after 7 days of the order delivery date confirmed by your tracking number cannot be refunded.

How do I return something?

1. If their is a problem with your item then contact us immediately by email at sales@thehoodyshop.com. Provide us with your order number and a brief statement explaining the reason for return.

2. Upon approval of your return we will respond to you within 24-48 hours at the address provided with further instructions.

3. Once you are ready to ship your return, address your package to shipping address which will be provided to you.

4. Use a shipping method which allows you to track your package and insure it for the return. Please include your order number and return confirmation number INSIDE the package along with your contact details.

5. We will email you once your return is processed.

6. Please allow up to 5 working days for your bank to credit the refund back onto your payment method.

The Hoody Shop is not responsible for any return fees you incur nor do we take on any liability for items that are lost or stolen during the return process.
